Tips for a healthy travelling

1. Take care of your skin when you travel. Traveling means changing weather or at least being inside a vehicle or plane with a flurry of air. Have a moisturizer or an atomizer so your skin is not dry and pale. This is important tact for men as well as for women, so do not be shy – get a moisturizer that goes with your skin and style.

Bring a water spray bottle like Evian (regularly used by models and celebrities to refresh the skin) and a couple drops of lavender oil. Spray on your face to refresh the skin.

If you are on a long-term trip, use a night-wet moisturizing mask on your face. The next morning, just wash your face in the bathroom and apply moisturizing wax. Your face will look a lot better for this. Apply hand cream while traveling.
Use a cream with an aroma that you like, and familiarity will help you continue to rest.

2. Reduces the likelihood of unpleasant odors from the long journey. Just sitting in one place and not doing your usual activities can result in smelling a little less fragrant than usual. Simple ways to fix it include:

Refresh your breath. Bring breath mints to refresh and wash your teeth. Do not smoke. The smell will stay on you, and it can irritate the other passengers, and you will get smelly.

Try to avoid alcohol while traveling, especially if you fly. It will not do your body any favors, and can interfere with any chance you have to sleep, dehydrate your skin and leave you with bad breath and open pores. You can have a drink of your favorite drink when you arrive!

Bring with you your favorite fragrance. Sprinkle on you at the end of the trip to refresh yourself. Do it after landing. Some people are sensitive to perfumes and may feel nauseous if they are sitting next to someone who does not realize that they put on too much perfume or have an unpleasant smell.

3.The best smell is to clean. The wet wipes are very useful to refresh you in the bathroom of the airplane.

4. If you usually have dry eyes, bring artificial tears.

For a dry nose, use a saline spray.

For women, wear daily sanitary napkins and change them regularly to keep you cool. If you are in your period while traveling, change your sanitary towels or tampons regularly to avoid odors and any risk of infection. Remember to pack enough sanitary ware! Bring your hair in the most comfortable way for you.

If you have long hair, consider wearing it loose or collected but not adjusted so that it does not stretch, like a braid or ponytail loose.

For others with short hair, simply keep hairstyle.

A travel bottle arrives with un-rinse conditioner and apply before landing. Or, choose an anti-frizz solution if it is usually a problem for your hair, especially if you go from a cool / temperate climate to a humid climate.
